The 1st International Workshop on AI-Driven Smart IoT: Innovations, Challenges & Future Directions (AI-IoT 2025) will take place from 1 to 4 September 2025 in conjunction with Cyber-AI 2025 in Varna, Bulgaria. The workshop aims to explore the intersection of AI and IoT, focusing on their synergy in creating intelligent, autonomous, and secure cyber-physical systems. Participants will engage with the latest research trends, applications, technical challenges, and future directions in AI-driven smart IoT solutions.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Authors are responsible for ensuring the integrity of their work and compliance with IEEE ethical standards.
We welcome the following submission:
Full Papers: Comprehensive research contributions describing original work, including theoretical developments, novel algorithms, experimental evaluations, and practical applications at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI.
Length: Submitted papers may be 6 to 8 pages. Up to two additional pages may be added for references.
Paper Format: Submitted papers (.pdf format) must use the A4 IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Please remember to add Keywords to your submission.

Venue
The Conference will take place between the 1st and the 4th September 2025 in the notorious Hotel & Casino Cherno More , which is located on bul. "Slivnitsa" 33, PO9000 in Varna, Bulgaria. Hotel & Casino "Cherno more" takes advantage of its unique location - both in the heart of the city and only meters away from the beach and the sea. The hotel is superbly located on the main pedestrian promenade with many sightseeing and entertainment possibility nearby, including landmarks and museums, galleries, shops, pubs, clubs and the famous Varna Sea Garden
