ARTIIS 2025: International Conference on Advanced Research in Technologies, Information, Innovation and Sustainability Corporación Universitaria Rafael Núñez (UNINÚÑEZ) Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, October 21-23, 2025

ARTIIS, is an international forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, results, experiences, and concerns in the area of information Systems (IS), focusing on four topics: computing solutions, data intelligence, sustainability, Ethics, Security, and Privacy; with some particularities being addressed within each of them. IS encompasses the use of technology and data to support various organizational and societal functions. The topics are closely related to the field of IS because all of them involve the use and management of technology and data to achieve specific purposes or goals. Computing Solutions are a crucial aspect of information systems as they provide the technical infrastructure and tools for organizations to manage and process data. Data Intelligence is also a key area of information systems as it involves the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support decision-making and problem-solving. Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important aspect of information systems as organizations are recognizing the impact of technology on the environment and are looking for ways to reduce their carbon footprint. Ethics, Security, and Privacy are also essential aspects of information systems as they involve the responsible and secure use of technology and data to protect individuals and organizations from potential harm.

Submission Guidelines

Authors must submit an original paper that has not previously been published.  In this first phase, the papers cannot have the authors' names, nor their affiliations.

All contributions must be in English.

The following types of papers can be submitted:

• Full Paper: Finished  or consolidated R&D work; paper length allowed 12 to 15 pages;
• Short Papers: Length allowed 10 to 11 pages.

All papers must follow the Springer template. Authors should consult Springer's authors' guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for MSWord (http://www.springer.com/la/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines), for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each accepted paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form, through which the copyright for their paper is transferred to Springer.

All papers should be submitted electronically on the link to the EasyChair submission system.

Publication

ARTIIS 2025 proceedings: Accepted papers will be published with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (CCIS) with Springer. Publications in CCIS are indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.
