The 8^th IEEE International Conference “Big Data, Knowledge and Control Systems Engineering” (BdKCSE’2023) aims to provide an open forum for the dissemination of the current research progress, innovative approaches and original research results on all aspects of Big Data Management, Technologies, and Applications. Organizer of the BdKCSE’2023 Conference is the John Atanasoff Society of Automatics and Informatics, with co-organizers the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The Technical Sponsor is the IEEE IM/CS/SMC Joint Chapter of Bulgaria.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Papers must be submitted in PDF format in the EasyChair submission system, using the IEEE conference templates:

• Word template (Download DOC)
• LaTeX template (Download ZIP)

Papers must be written in English, up to 8 pages in length. Each paper should include an abstract, up to 120 words, that clearly describes the achievement or contribution of the presented research, and 3-5 keywords.

Publication: The conference proceeding will be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and available via IEEE Xplore.

Indexing: The accepted papers are submitted to Scopus, IEEE Xplore, Web of Science/Conference Proceedings Citation Index
