Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- regular papers reflecting original scientific results (from 10 to 15 pages);
- short papers (work in progress) (from 5 to 9 pages);
- posters (up to 4 pages);
- demos (up to 4 pages);
- tutorials (proposals should be submitted to the PC co-chairs).

Soon after the conference post-proceedings volumes will be submitted to the Lobachevskii Journal of Mathematics (https://www.springer.com/journal/12202), to the Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis (https://www.springer.com/journal/11493 ), and to the Automation and Remote Control (https://www.springer.com/journal/10513) for the sake of better visibility of the conference publications by the international scientific community, as well as for indexing the papers in Scopus and Web of Science. The supplementary volume will be submitted to scientific journals like Systems and Means of Informatics (http://www.ipiran.ru/english/journal_Systems/index.asp), Information Technologies and Computing Systems (http://www.jitcs.ru/), or Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making (https://www.aidt.ru/) for indexing the papers in RSCI.
Venue
The conference will be held in Moscow at the Faculty of Computer Science, National Research University “Higher School of Economics”, 11 Pokrovsky blvd.
