2023 IEEE 15th International Conference on Advanced Infocomm Technology (ICAIT) will be held at Hefei, China during October 13-16, 2023, following the successes of previous events were successfully held in Chongqing, Yanji, Macau, Jinan, Stockholm, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Hainan, Wuhan, Paris, Hsinchu, Fuzhou and Hangzhou. 

ICAIT 2023 is co-sponsored by IEEE Photonics Society and IEEE China Council Sensors Council and Systems Council Joint Chapter, hosted by Hefei University of Technology, with the support from Chongqing University, Guangxi University, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Changchun University of Science and Technology, Jilin University, Macau University of Science and Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Auckland University of Technology, and etc. This year the symposium will feature plenary talks given by world renowned scholars, and regular sessions with broad coverage and popular topics.

Hefei, well known both at domestic and abroad as "a historic site famous from the Three Kingdoms Period and the hometown of Lord Bao" , is a city with a history of more than 2000 years. It has gone through a growth in infrastructure in recent years. Hefei is the location of Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak, an experimental superconducting tokamak magnetic fusion energy reactor.

Submission Guidelines

Submission of Abstract: Authors are invited to submit paper (free format, typically 2-4 lines) in the form of an electronic file in PDF or word format.

Submission of full paper: All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Authors are required to use the final manuscript submission template to submit the full paper directly. 

* It's important for authors to highlight novel and original works. A number of papers covering original and unpublished work on the conference topics will be accepted after the paper review process. You can contact icait-conf@outlook.com if you face paper submission problem.
