Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome: Publication: Accepted papers will be published in the ICCB 2023 Conference Proceedings, which will be subjected to independent peer-review procedures for quality and may be suitable for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Acceptance of papers will be determined on merit, relevance, and originality. The Best Paper Award and the Best Student Paper Award will be awarded.
