About the Conference
The 3rd International Conference on Innovative Trends in Engineering and Technology (ICITET – 2025) will be hosted at K J College of Engineering & Management Research,Pune, formerly known as Poona, is a historically rich and culturally vibrant city located on the Deccan Plateau in the state of Maharashtra, Western India. It serves as the administrative headquarters for both Pune district and Pune division. Widely recognized as one of India’s largest IT hubs, Pune also plays a crucial role in the country's automobile and manufacturing sectors. Known as the “Oxford of the East,” the city is home to several prestigious educational institutions. Pune has consistently been ranked among the most liveable cities in India.
ICITET – 2025 invites original, innovative, and high-quality research contributions from researchers, industry professionals, and undergraduate and postgraduate students. The conference will include keynote speeches, poster sessions, and multidisciplinary presentations from distinguished academicians, industry leaders, and subject-matter experts.
All accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings. Additionally, extended versions of selected papers and other outstanding submissions will be considered for publication in special journal issues indexed in Scopus and ISTE Journal.
The conference welcomes submissions in various fields of engineering, including but not limited to Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Engineering Science.
Submission Guidelines
Important Points
- Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
- The papers must be written in English, maximum up to 10 pages (including figures and references).
- AAP’s preferred reference style should be author name and date (example:martin , 2025).
- Use the Springer template for manuscript preparation.
- Authors are required to ensure the accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.
Plagarism Policy
- The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin / iAuthenticate etc. The similarity content should not exceed 10% and not more than 2% from any single source (in any case either self-contents or others). Further, the following ethical guidelines for publication should be strictly prohibited.
- Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others’ work(s) should not be there in an article. If any model / concept / figure / table / data / conclusive comment by any previously published work is used in the submitted article, should be properly cited
- In case, any copyrighted material is used, prior permission from the copyright holder should be acquired.

Publication
- All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceeding with ISBN.
- Selected papers will be published in the peer reviewed journals & Scopus Indexed Journal.
- If more than three authors, each additional author will have to pay 500 INR
- Page Limit 10 INR 100 will be charged for each additional page. All papers will undergo a double blind peer review process and the criteria for acceptance will be based on quality, originality, technical content and relevance.
