We are pleased to welcome you to 2024 16th International Conference on Machine Learning and Computing, which will be held in Shenzhen, China during February 2-5, 2024 and it's workshop: ICBDM 2024. The International Conference on Machine Learning and Computing (ICMLC) is grand annual conference on machine learning algorithms, computational statistics, mathematical optimization, computer engineering, computer science and other related subject since 2009. It will provide opportunities for researchers in this field to share their ideas and reinforce collaboration since 2009. As such, the conference has achieved a remarkable number participants while also enable profuse exchanges among academic and industrial researchers over the years.

The focus of the conference is to establish an effective platform for institutions and industries to share ideas and to present the works of scientists, engineers, educators and students from all over the world. ICMLC conference committees are pleased to invite authors with specialized knowledge and novel innovative thinking to meeting in Zhuhai, China.

Submission Guidelines

1. Paper Template Download Link：

The official language is English. Please prepare your paper according to the attached paper template. And the submitted papers should be no less than 8 pages(for Word file submission). If the submitted paper is edited by Latex, the paper should be no less than full 8 pages. The submission without enough content may lead to direct paper rejection in the preliminary review.

2. Originality

Any act of plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. This is the responsibility of the author to check plagiarism before submitting the paper to ICMLC 2024 Conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication elsewhere. In the first round of paper review, the submitted papers will be checked plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. If any plagiarism is found, the paper will be rejected directly.

All submitted papers will be sent to 2-3 peer reviewers for reviewing. And accepted and presented papers will be published into ICMLC 2024 International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM (ISBN: 979-8-4007-0923-4), which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus index, like the previous conferences.

-- Accepted papers in ICMLC 2017-2022 have been included in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex, and Scopus successfully.
