Special Workshop Track – Smart Scalable Secure Architectures
This is the 2nd International IEEE Smart Scalable and Secure Architecture(SSSA2022) workshop - a one(1 )Day event depending on submissions. The workshop Smart Scalable and Secure Architectures (SSSA2022 ) will be taking place in a virtual format on the 16th of December 2022 (EDT), co-hosted with IEEE CIC (Collaboration and Internet Computing), IEEE CogMI (Cognitive Machine Intelligence) and IEEE TPS (Trust, Privacy and Security of Intelligence Systems, and Applications).
Target audience: PhD students, early career researchers, industry practitioners and experts focusing on tools , case studies, industry and government experience, vision, and architectural solutions in virtualization.
We would like to solicit papers in the area of Smart Scalable and Secure Architectures . Virtualization is facing an unprecedented infrastructure challenge – as we see the integration and collaboration of data cloud devices , internet of things , and Fog computing services now becoming all mainstream to deliver intelligent critical infrastructure protection in areas such as healthcare , education , telecommunications, transportation , agriculture, banking , supply chain among many other areas. The expectation is by 2030 as many countries develop emergent smart scalable and secure architectures these observations will become commonplace. This is a major area for which academic and industry partnered research needs to keep building out in earnest . This smart scalable and secure architecture must be achieved by more efficient methods and effective data management to meet global sustainability goals. Disruptive information technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and the industry 4.0 internet-of-things and industry 5.0 human augmented intelligence services continue to harness the power of "on demand" virtualization infrastructure. This goal has given birth to the emergent space of scalable computing architectures. This special session seeks position and technical papers discussing scalable architectural problems and innovative solutions covering all areas.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Research Track Paper Submission We invite original research papers that have not been previously published and are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. Papers submitted to Research track should be no longer than 10 pages in the standard two column IEEE proceedings format, which can be found at IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings . The papers should be submitted at the research track of the conference in EasyChair.
- Vision Track Paper Submission We invite original research vision papers that have not been previously published and are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. Vision contributions should focus on blue-sky ideas and research vision in the area that at least one of the lead senior authors are known for. Vision paper can be as short as 2 pages but should be no longer than 10 pages in the standard two column IEEE proceedings format, which can be found at IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings . The papers should be submitted at the version track of the conference in EasyChair.
- Industry/Government Paper Submission We invite original industry papers that have not been previously published and are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. At least one co-author must be affiliated with industry or Government organizations, such as labs in DoE, DoD, NIH, NSA Labs. Papers submitted to Regular or Industry/Gov track should be no longer than 10 pages in the standard two column IEEE proceedings format, IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings . The papers should be submitted at the industry/gov track of the conference in EasyChair.
- Student Symposium Paper Submission We invite original research student papers that have not been previously published and are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. Papers submitted to the symposium should be no longer than 2 pages in the standard two column IEEE proceedings format, which can be found at IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings . The papers should be submitted at the Doctorial Symposium track of the conference in EasyChair.
