The 8^th International Conference on Image and Signal Processing and their Applications (ISPA 2024) is organized by Electrical Engeneering Departement, Faculty of Sciences and Technology, University Mohamed Khider of Biskra, Algeria. It will be held at Biskra, the "Queen of Zibans", a city located 470 Km southeast of Algiers.

Join us in this exciting event where industry experts, researchers, and academics share ideas and experiences surrounding frontier technologies, breakthrough and innovative solutions in image and signal processing and their applications.

The IEEE ISPA 2024 international conference focuses on image and signal processing and their applications, especially in artificial intelligence. It is an interdisciplinary forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of computer vision, deep and machine learning, image processing technologies, signal processing, telecommunications and 5G/6G networks.

ISPA 2024 will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars from around the world in the areas of interest listed above.

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

Artificial intelligence, deep and machine learning for image and signal processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, telecommunication, 5G and 6G networks, object recognition and classification, multiple objects tracking and behavior analysis, scene analysis, deep learning for computer vision, and e-health applications , medical imaging, intelligence transport systems, embedded systems, … …

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers (4 to 8 pages) in English, in two-columns according to the IEEE format (See IEEE template / LaTeX template). Page 1 must hold the title of the paper, the author’s name, the affiliation, mailing address, e-mail and abstract with up to five keywords. The double-column simple spaced paper should be submitted in PDF format online. Registered and presented papers will be published in proceedings that will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Awards will be given to the best papers in two categories: the best oral presentation and the best poster.
