NOUS2026: International conference on Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions for Europe’s Next-Gen Cloud Infrastructure Athens, Greece, January 14, 2026

The NOUS project is an ambitious European initiative to redefine the future of cloud computing by integrating edge devices, high-performance computing networks, and quantum computers into a unified, highly scalable infrastructure.

The goal of this conference is to bring together researchers, professionals, and policymakers to discuss the opportunities and challenges of linking high-performance computing, edge computing, and quantum computers. Participants will learn about the progress made in cloud architecture, blockchain-based data management, and sustainable computing. This session will encourage collaboration and promote technologies that can help Europe strengthen its digital infrastructure and data management systems.

The conference will be open to the research community at no charge, in an online format.

Submission guidelines

NOUS conference welcomes the submission of papers with preference to the topics listed in the call for papers. All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process; each paper will be refereed by at least three experts in the field based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity. All papers must be formatted according to the LNNS template, with a maximum length of 10 pages, including figures and references. The papers must consist of original, relevant and previously unpublished sound research results related to any of the topics of the conference. The accepted papers will be included in conference proceedings.
