PhDs in Logic is an annual graduate conference organised by graduate students. This interdisciplinary conference welcomes contributions to various topics in mathematical logic, philosophical logic, logic in computer science and in linguistics. It involves a few tutorials and long seminars by established researchers as well as various short presentations by PhD students, master students and first-year postdocs on their research.
Submission Guidelines
PhD students, master students, and first-year postdocs in logic from all disciplines are invited to submit an extended abstract on their research.
Abstracts of contributed talks must be no more than 1000 words long (roughly 2 pages), not including references, and must be uploaded in a PDF file. The PDF file must be anonymous and suitable for blind review, containing only the title and abstract of the proposed talk (plus eventual references), but with no information about the author.
Each abstract will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The accepted abstracts can be presented by their authors in a 20 min presentation, and 10 more minutes will be available at the end for questions. The deadline for contribution is on 30th of April and the notification of acceptance will be sent in June 2022.
