Venue
The conference will be held in the building of the Faculty of Power and Electrical Engineering of RTU (Latvia, Riga, Azenes street 12/1). Riga, the capital of Latvia with a population of about seven hundred thousand inhabitants, is a modern city, which has a lot to offer both in terms of history, culture and social life. The climate of Riga is humid continental. Typical temperature in November is typically from -1 to 40C, precipitation level – 60mm, mean monthly sunshine hours – 40.
