The International Conference on Science, Technology and Smart Education
Theme: Smart Classrooms 2.0: Educational Technology Tools Empowered by AI for Interactive Teaching
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our distinct pleasure to extend a warm invitation to you for The International Conference on Science, Technology and Smart Education(STSE) to be held in the vibrant and culturally rich city of Chongqing, China from July 10-12, 2026. STSE 2026 is organized by Southwest University, and co-organized by Institute for Big Science Education Research. The Media Partners are E-education Research, China Educational Technology, Journal of Distance Education, Open Education Research, Modern Distance Education Research, Modern Educational Technology, Modern Distance Education, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Press, Openclass Magazine Online, Digital Education, Journal of Teacher Education, Journal Press of Southwest University, Future in Educational Research. This conference serves as an essential platform for professionals, scientists, engineers, educators, students, and researchers from across the globe to come together, fostering the exchange of innovative ideas, insights, and experiences in the vast and ever-evolving domains of Science, Technology and Smart Education.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
Full Papers: Manuscript should contain text, in a sequence of title, authors and their affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text part, acknowledgments, references, and figure/table captions list in Word document, and supplement/supporting information if any. The figures are not included in the main text.
Paper submissions should be at least ten (10) pages in the single-column format, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages (from Page 11) will be charged. The file cannot exceed 4 MB. All submissions will be double-blind and reviewed by the Program Committee based on technical quality, relevance to the scope of the conference, originality, significance, and clarity. The following sections give further information for the authors.Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. All manuscripts are submitted as full papers and are reviewed based on their scientific merit. The reviewing process is confidential.
Abstract (Presentation Only):
1) Information abstract for a research article, It should set out briefly and clearly the main objectives and results/conclusions of the work; it should give the reader a clear idea of what has been achieved;
2) Indicative abstract for review article/short communication includes review of the research/technology in a period of comprehensive development or in the current level of development, and future prospects briefly. The length of the abstract should be within 200-300 words.
Poster Presentation:An interactive poster session consists of freestanding display boards, on which individual authors will present their research. Be sure to put some thought and effort into designing and executing your presentation.The poster boards are 4 feet x 8 feet horizontal layout.Be sure to include your presentation title, author(s), and institution(s) somewhere visible on your poster.Determine the key points of your paper and highlight these, rather than trying to cover the whole paper.All poster presenters will be “stationed” at their poster during the 75-minute time slot listed in the program, but we suggest putting your poster up earlier in the day, and remain up the rest of the day, for more exposure and leisurely viewing.Look up the time of your presentation and the number of your poster (so you know where you put it) and arrive at least 15 minutes early to set-up.
Delegate: You can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Publication
All accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will then be published in the STSE 2026 conference proceedings and included in the Online Digital Library. Additionally, the proceedings will be indexed by prestigious databases such as Ei Compendex and Scopus.
