In this workshop, we aim to bring together industry professionals and researchers for promoting and accelerating the use cases with Open Source Hardware in RF circuit design and development. RF design and development is capital intensive and has a high cost of development, which prevents the capacity building of new talent in this area, a major challenge. Further to promote affordable prototyping it is important to promote Open Source designs that can enable faster development through open innovation. Open-source RF designs can serve as valuable learning resources for students, hobbyists, and engineers looking to understand and work with RF technologies. This forum aims to promote open-source RF projects and its use of modular design principles, making it easier to integrate different components and systems.
