Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference.

The following submission routes are accepted.

• 1. Extended Abstracts (2 to 3 pages)
  • For business-oriented or academic work-in-progress presentations with no accompanying paper or poster.
• 2. Papers (6 to 8 pages)
  • For academic or business-oriented work presenting some findings.
• Poster (300-500 words)
  • For work-in-progress developments presented in a graphic format.

For business-oriented or scholarly case studies submitted in advance by the relevant deadline below and presented.

Key Dates

All deadlines are 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth) Time.

• Abstract Submission: 15 July 2023

• Papers and Posters First Draft Submission: 31st August 2023

  • Paper Acceptance Confirmation: 18th September 2023

• Final Papers and Posters Submission: 2 October 2023

  • First Draft Presentation Slides Submission: 16 October 2023
