FAIEMA 2025 invites researchers, practitioners, industry experts, and policymakers to submit their work to the 3rd International Conference on Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Multidisciplinary Applications. The conference will be held in-person at Hotel Victoria, Stavanger, Norway, from 18th to 19th September 2025.
FAIEMA serves as a premier platform for presenting cutting-edge research and innovations at the intersections of AI and multidisciplinary domains. The conference aims to foster collaboration, share insights, and explore the evolving frontiers of AI research and its ethical, societal, and industrial implications.
Proceedings
All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review. Accepted papers will be published as an edited book volume with the Springer book series: Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Multidisciplinary Applications (Electronic ISSN 2731-8133, Print ISSN 2731-8125), subject to the peer-review process of conference organizers and post-conference review from Springer. Published volumes would be indexed with Springer and SpringerNature.

- Research Track: Full research papers and conceptual papers.
- Ph.D. Symposium Track: Papers from Ph.D. students showcasing ongoing or planned research.
- Industrial Track: Invited talks and tutorials from industry experts (no paper submissions required).
Submission Guidelines
- Papers must follow the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) format.
- Full Papers: A paper is expected to be at a maximum 15 single column pages including abstract and references. Each paper should at a minimum have 5000 words excluding abstract, and references. A page should be single column and have a maximum of 550 words.

Papers submitted to the conference will undergo a thorough double-blind peer review process. Accepted papers would be published in the conference proceedings after post-conference checks from Springer. Authors would be invited to present their papers at the conference. Authors must disclose the use of AI tools like ChatGPT in their submissions.

- NOTE 1: All registrations include access to scheduled coffee breaks and lunches on both conference days. Additionally, a conference dinner is planned for the second day.

Additional Activities
17th September (Pre-Conference Social Event | Optional): We will host a pre-conference gathering on the evening of September 17th, giving participants a chance to meet and connect before the main event. Everyone is welcome, and there is no extra cost. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
19th September (Social Event | Conference dinner): All conference participents are welcome.
20th September (Social Event | Optional): Join us to the iconic Preikestolen (The Pulpit Rock), a breathtaking cliff towering 604 meters above the Lysefjord. Participation in this activity will incur a reasonable additional charge, which can be selected during the paper/participation registration phase.
