International Conference on Financial Markets & Corporate Finance (ICFMCF) is an initiative taken by leading management schools within IIT system, such as Vinod Gupta School of Management (IIT Kharagpur), Department of Management Studies (IIT Madras), Department of Industrial and Management Engineering (IIT Kanpur), Department of Management Studies (IIT Delhi), Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management (IIT Bombay), Department of Management Studies & Industrial Engineering (IIT(ISM) Dhanbad), and Department of Management Studies (IIT Roorkee). The conference brings together researchers from academia, industry and regulatory organizations to deliberate on theoretical work, empirical findings and policy implications related to financial market microstructure and challenges in corporate finance. The Conference will provide an excellent avenue to get quality feedback and an opportunity for networking among researchers, academicians and industry executives working in finance and allied areas.
