Call for Abstracts – KLSF 2025
Advancing SDGs for a Sustainable Future
Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) is pleased to invite researchers, academics, and industry experts to submit their research papers for the Kuala Lumpur International Summit on Sustainable Future (KLSF 2025). This global summit serves as a multidisciplinary platform to address sustainability challenges, foster collaboration, and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Join us at KLSF 2025 to share innovative research, exchange ideas, and drive impactful solutions toward a sustainable future. All presented papers must align with at least one SDG.

How to Submit an abstract as a presenter?
Abstract submission is through the EasyChair platform, exclusively.
Authors must use an existing EasyChair account or create a new one.

Step 1
- Enter/create your EasyChair account.
- Once you have the account, please use this link to access the conference EasyChair page.
- Click “make a new submission”
- Fill out the abstract form and press the 'Submit' button below.
- Once the abstract review process is completed, you will receive an acceptance notification through email.
Step 2
- You will receive a notification of acceptance in your email within 2 weeks after submission.
- To register, click the link provided in the notification email.
- Fill out the registration form.
- Complete the payment for the registration fee.
- Click submit.
- Authors will receive a confirmation shortly after submitting the form.
(Note: Only Accepted Abstracts from accounts that have completed the registration fee will be included in the conference.)
How to Register as an audience (without abstract submission)?
- To register, click HERE.
- Fill out the registration form.
- Complete the payment for the registration fee.
- Click submit.
- Participants will receive a confirmation shortly after submitting the form.
Formatting the abstract
Please adhere to the formatting instructions below when submitting an abstract:
- The abstract should state the purpose of the study, a brief description of the procedures employed, main findings and principal conclusions
- Abstracts are restricted to 300 words (excluding the title of the abstract, authors’ names, addresses, and references), in Times New Roman font size 12, single-line spaced.
- The abstract should be written in English.
- The abstract should be in a single paragraph, with no citations or references.
- Authors must not include bullets, lists, and header/footer in the abstract.
- Keywords should be written in lowercase letters (min: 3 keywords, max: 6 keywords) and should be separated with commas.
- By submitting the abstracts, authors agree to permit the conference committee for the publication of the abstract in the conference handbook and/or website.
(Note: Only Accepted Abstracts will be considered for publication, after which you will be prompted to submit the full version of your paper).
