The SIIE’2025 Conference aims to foster dialogue between experts and researchers from both the public and private sectors, focusing on fundamental and applied research in Information Systems (IS) and Economic Intelligence (EI). In an increasingly uncertain and risk-prone environment, advancing technologies related to Economic Intelligence (EI) is crucial for improving decision-making processes.
The dynamics of Economic Intelligence (EI) — also known as Competitive Intelligence (CI) — depend on mastering the knowledge and skills necessary to design effective strategies and support decision-makers in making informed choices.
SIIE’2025 marks its 10th edition, to be held in Tunisia (city to be confirmed), following the success of the previous nine editions. This edition is organized by Universities from the Maghreb, Europe, and international scholarly societies, including the ISKO-Maghreb Chapter (confirmed sponsor).
Since its last edition in Morocco (2022), SIIE Int. Conference has facilitated collaborations between academic researchers and industry leaders, leading to concrete projects. The conference aims to continue along this path by fostering innovation, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration between universities, businesses, and policymakers across the Mediterranean region.
SIIE’2025 will feature:
- Keynote lectures
- Tutorials and workshops
- Research paper presentations
- Industry panels and expert discussions
These sessions will provide insights into emerging trends, methodologies, and applications in Economic Intelligence, showcasing applied research and real-world case studies.
Held in a collaborative and engaging environment, SIIE’2025 seeks to strengthen trust-based networks between academia, industry, and policymakers. The recommendations and discussions from the conference will contribute to finding solutions to the pressing challenges of Information Systems and Economic Intelligence.
The SIIE’2025 International Conference will be part of the joint agenda of the OCTA’2025 Multi-Conference, alongside its five interconnected scientific projects (OCTA, SIIE, ISKO-Maghreb, CITED & TBMS int. conferences). This integration fosters collaborative synergies, enabling interdisciplinary exchanges and innovative research at the intersection of information systems, economic intelligence, digital sciences, renewable energies, and big data analytics.
