By not taking into account the time in which the error is introduced until the non-conformity is detected, by not recording the lessons learned in a systematic way and not making an analysis of the non-conformities from the cause to their resolution, it has led to the same mistakes are made in projects. These elements have led to the spread of errors in software development and an increase in the effort to correct them. The present investigation the proposal developed for the identified problem, which consists of a management system for the diagnosis and treatment of non-conformities in the Development-Production Activity of the UCI. The system allows, based on historical data, a decrease in the error detection time. The proposed system consists of a data market, which directly affects the trend analysis sub-process, and an expert system based on cases that offers the possibility of predicting possible non-conformities of a specific project. Keyphrases: Quality Management System, data market, diagnosis and treatment of non-conformities, expert system and prediction, trend analysis
