It emphasizes the significance of AI in empowering this research and the path to industrialization, leveraging knowledge modules adjustable by man-machine collaboration. The methodology involves: 1) Utilizing big data analysis to capture the essence of the man-machine mutual assistance era and visualize research summaries; 2) Investigating the overall trend in research themes related to the "two innovations"; 3) Importing a language-relation database (encompassing both theoretical and practical results), characteristic of Chinese traditional culture, and conducting gene text analysis on several typical examples. The outcome provides a comprehensive overview of the "two innovations" research trend and compares the merits of different formal approaches. This research is significant as it introduces initial knowledge and basic skills for liberal arts scholars to effectively use AI technology in the man-machine era, using computer-aided methods and big data tools. Through examples of outstanding talent training and practical demonstrations in large-scale cross-border knowledge integration, it bridges the gap between humanities/social sciences and mathematical/engineering disciplines, illustrating how to integrate standardized technology with personalized art. With the aid of three thinking coordinates and the language-relation database, AI can further evolve from "two innovations" to "five innovations," fully realizing "five middle schools" and "five innovations." Keyphrases: AI, Chinese excellent traditional culture, application scenario of integration of intelligence, creative transformation, cultural industry, innovative development
