Modeling the Drive System of an Electric City Bus

Abstract

A model made in connection with the modeling of the drive systems of electric vehicles, which can be used for planning and educational purposes. The model contains the parameters of the electric drive as well as the mechanical data of the bus. The program prepared in the first cycle served the purpose of developing a simulator that is suitable for the widest possible testing of the variable-parameter electric drive bus system. The model is extended to all electric machine types used in electric and hybrid drive systems.
