Abstract

This research work was carried out using a qualitative method, a technical, chronological description of the history of the traffic control entities in the country, its infrastructure or road network, and a survey of quantitative data from official pages and experts in statistics, with techniques for observing published texts, opinion articles, reports, and graphs and tables were drawn up that will help the readers of this article have a reference of our country on specific issues that were addressed and that show the different results of various articles that It was collected from different authors, where we will realize the correlation between the subject of the article and its points exposed in the investigation. Through the results described, it is concluded that a road culture should be promoted in which those truly involved in the results of society participate.
