Furthermore, this study investigates the challenges and complexities associated with cross-border transactions and international regulatory harmonization efforts. It explores emerging trends in regulatory technology (RegTech) and the adoption of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance compliance monitoring and enforcement capabilities.
