In this paper, a path-based coordination control optimization model is proposed under a multi-agent control modelling framework. Aiming at minimizing the total delay, network coordination control is realized through agent self-optimization and an optimization iterator describing the interaction between neighboring agents. Evaluation was done through a simulation case with satisfactory results outperforming existing coordination signal control models by over 25%.
