By developing a model that includes both class and school environments with external and internal scales, the effects of learning environment on innovation was clarified in the sample of 455 university students in Vietnam. Psychosocial Environment, Creative Environment, Physical Environment of the classroom, as well as the Social Safety Environment and Academic Environment of the school are proved to have positivie relationship with student innovation capabilities. Among that, Psychosocial is the strongest factor. Besides, physical environment of the school is found to be insignificant in the model. From research results, policy implications are given to develop education environment so that students’ innovation capabilities can be improved.
