It explores the evolution of cyber threats and the role of vigilantes in responding to emerging challenges. The study investigates the various tools and techniques employed by cyber vigilantes, ranging from threat intelligence gathering to proactive countermeasures. The study also addresses the delicate balance between the need for individual empowerment in cyberspace and the potential risks posed by unregulated vigilantism. The interdisciplinary nature of this research incorporates insights from cybersecurity, criminology, ethics, and law.
