This paper investigates two research axes; the scientific back ground and the appeal of music as fundamental issues that could affect students’ motivation toward digital learning. For this purpose, an experimental multimedia content is designed including a serious game that is mixed with several types of music. This study is based on the data collection, analysis and reporting. In the context of higher education, the principal aim of this study is to evaluate the manner that students could be suitably engaged in a particular learning issue. Thus, a specific course that consists to discovering the university campus in accordance with safety gestures during the pandemic is the challenging item of this study. Dataset counting quantitative and qualitative information is generated on the basis of two group of students test and control, coming from different university institute. Experiment results indicate that the academic background of students as well as music appeal have effects on students learning effectiveness.
